Battle context first
Event, attack or defense and leader or joiner roles are evaluated separately. A hero can be excellent in one role and weak in another.
How the planner works
The planner combines the battle context, opponent scout, troop counters and the selected heroes’ Expedition abilities.
Counter the scout
Every opponent troop percentage contributes continuously to a counter formation. A minimum share keeps all three leader classes active.
Apply hero abilities
Leaders use all Expedition skills and class stats. Joiners are ranked only by the first Expedition skill of the first hero, while slots two and three provide capacity.
Keep effects separate
All-squad buffs improve hero ranking without distorting troop counts. Only troop-specific skills and class stats shift the Infantry, Cavalry or Archer share.
